Betsy Keats, M.A. Counseling/Psychology
Many of us have a voice in our minds that attempts to be critical of us, to degrade us, our sense of self-esteem and self-image, telling us we are not enough: not good enough, not smart enough, not personable enough, etc.
This “inner bully” can be a strong obstacle to our personal growth, sense of self-worth, satisfying relationships, happiness, and peace of mind.
Please join me, Betsy Keats, M.A. Counseling/Psychology, for this workshop where we will look at the inner critic, its’ sources, development, and the particular pattern of messages it conveys.
You will gain tools to soften and transform your inner “negative” voice.
You will begin to bring your positive voice to the forefront so that you can feel good about who you are, recognize and build on your strengths and gifts, be in your power and authenticity.
