“We minimize our anger, calling it frustration, impatience, exasperation, or irritation, words that don't convey the intrinsic social and public demand that 'anger' does. We learn to contain ourselves: our voices, hair, clothes, and, most importantly, speech. Anger is usually about saying "no" in a world where women are conditioned to say almost anything but "no”.

Let’s build and transform our relationship to anger so that we can create great positive change both for ourselves personally and for our society.

We can empower ourselves by understanding the emotion of anger, how and why we as women deny it.

We then realize that we do not need to be afraid of feeling and expressing it.

We need to give ourselves permission to bring anger “out of the closet” in healthy and constructive ways, to be respected, to feel free to say, “no”, to set boundaries that serve us, to be authentically who we are.

You CAN Learn To Deal With Anger In Healthy, Constructive Ways!

You will learn how to be assertive, get your needs met, say "no" and how to process and express anger in healthy, constructive ways.

By learning these skills and practicing them, you will feel more comfortable in setting boundaries that serve you. You will feel more empowered and confident in your ability to express anger constructively.
